Concilio Personeelsdiensten: 

Concilio Personeelsdiensten is an international temporary employment agency, specialized in the recruitment & selection of logistics and production personnel. We currently employ approximately 200 (national and international) temporary employees at renowned logistics and production companies in the Brabant, Gelderland and North Limburg region. Recruitment & selection, planning, transport and administration is managed from the head office in Cuijk. Concilio Personeelsdiensten also manages the SNF certified accommodation for its temporary workers.

At a number of clients, our client has an in-house branch from which they manage the planning and management of temporary workers. The head office in Cuijk currently employs 6 permanent employees.

Because of the constant growth in recent years and the ambition, we are looking for a Recruiter (M/F) with the ambition!

Job Description:

As Recruiter you are daily engaged in the Recruitment & Selection of new temporary employees. You work closely with the Client Specialists.

When the Manager has brought in a new client, you will make an inventory of the personnel needs together with him. You visit and interview the client and map out what requirements the Temporary Workers must meet. You draw up a Recruitment campaign and deploy it on the website, various job sites and Social Media channels.

From the Client Specialists you receive requests for existing clients.

You actively think along in setting up campaigns. Think, for example, of creating a video vacancy in which the already employed Concilio Temporary Workers play a starring role!

You plan and conduct intake interviews with candidates at the head office in Cuijk. If necessary, you take tests.

You ensure that all required documents are complete and the candidate is registered in Nocore. After the final check you hand over the file to the Client Specialist who is responsible for the contact with the client and the candidate.

Job requirements:

You have HBO working and thinking level;
You have at least 1 year experience in the temporary employment industry;
You are in possession of the SEU diploma;
You have a good command of the Dutch, English and Polish language;
You have experience with Nocore (pre);
You have experience as a manager (pre);
You think in solutions and see problems as challenges;
You can work well independently
You are stress resistant, show initiative and have an eye for new opportunities;
You have plenty of energy and the ambition to work in a rapidly developing organization.
