As a Facilities Coordinator, you will join a fun team. You have your own tasks, but are jointly responsible for the end result. Together you arrange that everything in the field of housing, facilities and transport is well organized for our temporary workers. Our company has a personal and informal culture. You take care of correct planning, transport, accommodation and take care of the corresponding administration that belongs to this.
You communicate the transport planning with your colleagues on time.
You ensure that the utilization of the accommodation is optimized.
You inspect the accommodation and vehicles on a structural basis.
You ensure that the mileage records of the cars are properly maintained.
You manage the facilities team such as handyman, cleaning team and drivers.
You are responsible for other facility matters, including keeping track of supplies.
What do we expect from you?
You have good communication skills and speak English well. An additional language such as Polish, Romanian is an advantage.
You have experience with planning.
You have good organizational skills.
You have a result-oriented attitude.
You know how to keep your cool in stressful situations.
1 to 3 years of facility or logistics work experience.
Accustomed to working with different software (Microsoft Office, CRM and planning systems)
A mbo-4 or hbo working and thinking level -.
In possession of a driving license B
Familiar with administrative processes
No 9 to 5 mentality
